GS Design Center — General Terms & Customer Policies
Why Register
Creating an account with GS Design Center is quick and simple. Once registered, you can immediately take advantage of account benefits including faster checkout, order history, and tracking visibility.
Quick Checkout
We will securely keep your information on file (where applicable) and automatically enter it for you the next time you shop with us. You are responsible for keeping your account information accurate and up to date.
Order Status Tracking
Simply log in to your GS Design Center account. Your order history enables you to check the status of your order and view available tracking information once issued. If tracking is not yet available, the order may be processing, in verification, in transit to a fulfillment location, or pending manufacturer release.
Payment Options
We accept payment by:

- Company Checks
- Wire Transfers
We do not accept international credit cards. We do not accept personal checks.
Cashier’s checks may be verified with the issuing bank. Company checks may require up to 14 business days to clear
before merchandise is shipped or released. Please make checks payable to GS Design Center.

Check Orders Policy
For orders paid via check or money order: your order will not ship until payment has been received and processed. This process generally takes between 7–10 business days from the time your payment is received. Orders paid for by certified bank check or money order may ship upon receipt and verification of payment. Returned checks will be subject to the maximum returned check fee allowed by law.
Pricing Policy
Despite our best efforts, a small number of items in our catalog may be mispriced or listed incorrectly. If we discover a mispricing, we will do one of the following:
- If an item's correct price is lower than our stated price, we will charge the lower amount and ship the item.
- If an item's correct price is higher than our stated price, we may, at our discretion, either contact you for instructions before shipping or cancel your order and notify you of such cancellation.
GS Design Center is not obligated to honor pricing or listing errors and reserves the right to correct them at any time.
Availability
GS Design Center makes every effort to get your order to you as quickly as possible. In-stock items are generally shipped within 24 to 48 business hours. If there is a problem with your order, you will receive an email with more details within 24 to 72 hours.
Transit times vary by carrier and destination. Items shipped by UPS Ground may take longer depending on your location. Special-order and custom products may require additional processing time. If you need shipping details before ordering, please contact us prior to purchase.
Product Lead Time
Lead times vary by manufacturer and product type. If you require confirmation of availability or lead time, please contact Customer Service at 732-494-8670 before placing your order. Placing an order constitutes acceptance of any stated or typical lead time ranges, including manufacturer delays outside our control.
Product Price, Description, & Color Accuracy
While we take measures to ensure our website reflects accurate product information and pricing, errors can occur. GS Design Center is not responsible for typographical misrepresentations or errors found on the site.
Additionally, colors and finishes may vary depending on monitor settings and screen resolution and may not display accurately on your device. Natural variation (including tone, shade, veining, grain, sheen, and batch variation) is common across many materials and brands. These variations are not considered defects.
Warranty
All products are covered by the manufacturer’s warranty as well as any other warranty required by law. For manufacturer warranty details, please contact Customer Service at 732-494-8670 prior to purchase.

Change or Cancel an Open Order
ALL ORDERS MUST BE CANCELED OVER THE PHONE WITH A LIVE CUSTOMER SERVICE AGENT WHO WILL PROVIDE A CANCELLATION NUMBER. Our customer service representatives can inform you of the status of your order and advise whether the order can be canceled for a full refund. Once an item is shipped by us or the manufacturer, the terms of our returns policy will take effect.
If your order has not shipped yet, you may request a change or cancellation; approval is subject to brand and manufacturer restrictions. Once shipped, you may be subject to a 25% restocking fee for any items that are not defective or damaged during shipping. Special-order and custom orders may only be canceled within the first 24 hours of placing the order. No returns or exchanges are allowed on special-order or custom orders beyond the first 24 hours of placing your order.
Add an Item to Your Open Order
If you have already placed an order and it has not been shipped yet, you may request to add an item to your existing order by calling Customer Service at 732-494-8670. If your order has already shipped, you can place a new order online or call to purchase the item separately.
Redeeming a Discount/Promotion
During checkout you will be asked to enter your promotion or discount code. Enter a valid code to redeem your discount. Discounts cannot be applied retroactively after checkout is completed unless explicitly approved in writing by GS Design Center.
Your Personal Information
GS Design Center is the sole owner of the information collected on this site. We will not sell or rent this information, nor will we share it in ways different from what is disclosed in this statement, except as required to fulfill your order (payment processing, shipping carriers, fraud prevention).
Cookies and IP Numbers
GS Design Center is firmly committed to customer privacy. We use your IP address to help diagnose problems with our server and administer our website. Your IP address may be used to help identify you and your shopping cart and to gather broad demographic information.
We use cookies to keep track of your shopping cart and for other purposes such as personalizing the site. If you set your browser to reject cookies, you may still be able to use the site; however, the site may not be able to recognize your cart, account, or personalization preferences.
Address Information
Our site uses order forms and account tools for you to request information, products, and services. We collect contact information including (but not limited to) addresses, email addresses, phone numbers, and financial information. Collected information is used for order fulfillment, billing, customer communication, and sending promotional materials (where permitted).
Customer information is considered a business asset of GS Design Center.
Fraudulent Orders, Chargebacks & Abuse of Service
GS Design Center maintains zero tolerance for fraud, chargeback abuse, or deceptive purchasing activity. Any order flagged as fraudulent, suspicious, abusive, or intentionally misleading may be immediately canceled, held, or refused without notice.
Fraud or abuse includes, but is not limited to:
- Use of stolen or unauthorized payment methods
- False identity, fake names, or mismatched billing and shipping information
- Chargeback fraud or “friendly fraud”
- Intentional disputes after delivery or use of merchandise
- False claims of non-delivery, damage, or product misrepresentation
- Attempts to bypass policies, payment verification, or pricing controls
GS Design Center reserves the right to:
- Require identity verification (including government-issued photo ID), proof of address, and/or payment verification
- Delay or refuse shipment pending fraud review
- Permanently restrict or ban customers engaging in fraud or abuse
- Contest and dispute all chargebacks with documentation and evidence
- Recover losses including merchandise value, shipping, processing fees, chargeback fees, and administrative costs
Fraudulent activity may be reported to payment processors, issuing banks, and law enforcement where warranted. GS Design Center will pursue all lawful remedies to hold responsible parties financially and legally liable. Placing an order constitutes acknowledgment of these terms.
Right to Refuse or Cancel Orders
GS Design Center reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to refuse, cancel, or limit any order for any reason, including (but not limited to) pricing errors, inventory discrepancies, suspected fraud, policy violations, or inability to verify payment details. This right may be exercised before or after payment is processed.
