Why Register
Creating an account with GS Design Center is quick and simple. Once registered, you can immediately take advantage of account benefits including faster checkout, order history, and tracking visibility.
Quick Checkout
We will securely keep your information on file (where applicable) and automatically enter it for you the next time you shop with us. You are responsible for keeping your account information accurate and up to date.
Order Status Tracking
Simply log in to your GS Design Center account. Your order history enables you to check the status of your order and view available tracking information once issued. If tracking is not yet available, the order may be processing, in verification, in transit to a fulfillment location, or pending manufacturer release.

We do not accept international credit cards. We do not accept personal checks.
Cashier’s checks may be verified with the issuing bank. Company checks may require up to 14 business days to clear before merchandise is shipped or released.

Check Orders Policy
For orders paid via check or money order: your order will not ship until payment has been received and processed.
This process generally takes between 7–10 business days from the time your payment is received.
Orders paid for by certified bank check or money order may ship upon receipt and verification of payment.
Returned checks will be subject to the maximum returned check fee allowed by law.
Pricing Policy
Despite our best efforts, a small number of items in our catalog may be mispriced or listed incorrectly.
If we discover a mispricing, we will do one of the following:
• If an item's correct price is lower than our stated price, we will charge the lower amount and ship the item.
• If an item's correct price is higher than our stated price, we may contact you for instructions before shipping or cancel the order.
GS Design Center reserves the right to correct pricing errors at any time.
Availability
GS Design Center makes every effort to get your order to you as quickly as possible.
In-stock items are generally shipped within 24–48 business hours.
If there is a problem with your order, you will receive an email within 24–72 hours.
Transit times vary by carrier and destination.
Special-order and custom products may require additional processing time.
Product Lead Time
Lead times vary by manufacturer.
Placing an order constitutes acceptance of manufacturer lead times and potential delays outside GS Design Center’s control.

Product Price, Description & Color Accuracy
While we take measures to ensure accurate information, errors can occur.
GS Design Center is not responsible for typographical errors or manufacturer listing inaccuracies.
Colors and finishes may vary depending on screen resolution and monitor settings.
Natural variation including:
• shade
• grain
• veining
• tone
• sheen
are normal and not considered defects.
Warranty
All products are covered under the manufacturer’s warranty.
GS Design Center does not manufacture the products sold and is not responsible for manufacturer warranty decisions.

Change or Cancel an Open Order
ALL ORDERS MUST BE CANCELED OVER THE PHONE WITH A LIVE CUSTOMER SERVICE AGENT.
A cancellation confirmation number will be provided.
Once an item ships, the return policy applies.
Once shipped, orders may be subject to:
• 25% restocking fee
• return shipping costs
• freight refusal charges
Special-order and custom items may only be canceled within 24 hours of purchase.
After 24 hours no cancellations or returns are allowed.

Promotion codes must be applied during checkout.
Discounts cannot be applied retroactively unless approved by GS Design Center in writing.

Fraudulent Orders, Chargebacks & Abuse of Service
GS Design Center maintains ZERO TOLERANCE for fraud, chargeback abuse, and deceptive purchasing activity.

Fraud includes but is not limited to:

• Filing disputes after receiving merchandise
• False claims of non-delivery
• False claims of product misrepresentation
• Attempts to bypass merchant policies
Chargeback & Fraud Enforcement Policy
GS Design Center aggressively disputes ALL illegitimate chargebacks.
By placing an order with GS Design Center, the customer agrees to contact the merchant before initiating any payment dispute.
Failure to contact the merchant prior to filing a dispute may be considered chargeback abuse.
Evidence submitted to banks may include:
• shipping carrier tracking
• freight Bills of Lading
• delivery confirmations
• photographs of delivered merchandise
• customer communications
• IP address verification
• device fingerprint records
• AVS and CVV verification
• checkout acceptance of merchant policies
Friendly Fraud
Friendly fraud occurs when a customer:
• receives merchandise and disputes the payment
• claims non-delivery despite carrier confirmation
• files a dispute to bypass the return policy
Friendly fraud is considered theft of goods and services.
GS Design Center will pursue all legal remedies available.
Chargeback Liability
If a chargeback is filed for a legitimate order, the customer agrees to be financially responsible for:
• full merchandise cost
• shipping and freight charges
• payment processor chargeback fees
• administrative processing costs
• collection agency fees
• legal expenses if applicable
These costs may exceed the original purchase amount.
Fraud Reporting
Fraudulent activity may be reported to:
• payment processors
• issuing banks
• fraud monitoring databases
• debt collection agencies
• law enforcement authorities
GS Design Center will pursue full financial recovery of merchandise, shipping costs, chargeback fees, and damages where permitted by law.
Fraud Prevention Verification

• signed authorization forms
Orders that cannot be verified may be canceled or delayed.
Right to Refuse or Cancel Orders
