AUTHORIZED DEALER & PRODUCT AUTHENTICITY

GS Design Center is an authorized retailer and approved reseller of the brands we carry, or we source products directly from manufacturer-approved distributors and authorized warehouses. All products sold on our website are 100% authentic, brand-new, and covered by applicable manufacturer warranties unless otherwise stated.

GS Design Center is not owned by, affiliated with, or endorsed by any manufacturer unless explicitly stated. All brand names, trademarks, and logos are used solely for identification purposes.

RETURN DISCLOSURE

Return Window:
Returns and exchanges must be requested within 30 calendar days of delivery.

Return Shipping Cost:
Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs unless the item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect.

Return Method:
All returns require prior authorization and must be shipped back via mail or freight carrier with a valid Return Authorization (RMA) number.

SHIPPING POLICY

At GS Design Center, we are committed to providing a seamless, reliable, and professional shipping experience. We offer free ground shipping on most orders within the continental United States. Some products, locations, delivery methods, or order sizes may require additional shipping charges, which will be disclosed at checkout or communicated after order confirmation if carrier surcharges apply.

Orders are typically processed within 1–5 business days after payment is confirmed. Transit times generally range from 3–14 business days, depending on product type, carrier, delivery destination, and external factors such as weather conditions or carrier delays. Business days do not include weekends or holidays.

Once your order has shipped, tracking information will be provided via email or text. Freight carriers may contact you directly to schedule delivery. Customers are responsible for ensuring someone is available to receive the shipment at the scheduled delivery time.

SHIPPING SERVICES & DELIVERY METHODS

Standard Ground Shipping

  • Applies to most non-freight items
  • Free on qualifying orders within the continental U.S.
  • Transit time: 3–14 business days
  • Handling time: 1–5 business days

Freight / Oversized Shipping

  • Applies to large, heavy, or oversized items such as vanities, bathtubs, toilets, tile, flooring, and cabinetry
  • Freight deliveries are curbside only
  • Transit time: 5–21 business days
  • Handling time: 2–7 business days
  • Shipping costs may be quoted after purchase if not shown at checkout

Non-Continental U.S. & International

  • Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, and Canada may incur additional freight surcharges
  • Some items may not be eligible for shipment to these locations

EXCLUSIONS TO FREE SHIPPING

Free shipping does not apply to the following items or destinations:

  • Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, or Canada
  • Sink bottom grids
  • Task lighting power strips
  • Cabinet sample colors, paint, and touch-up kits
  • All color or material samples
  • Various replacement parts
  • Select hardware items
  • Tile and flooring products
  • Oversized or limited-access deliveries
  • Samples

Applicable shipping charges will be displayed at checkout or communicated after order confirmation if carrier fees change due to oversized freight, remote delivery, or access limitations.

DELIVERY DETAILS (FREIGHT)

All freight deliveries are curbside only. Carriers are responsible for unloading items from the truck but are not responsible for moving items into the home, upstairs, or into interior spaces. Customers should arrange assistance if needed.

For limited-access areas (remote locations, rural routes, islands, or restricted access zones), additional delivery fees may apply.

GS Design Center is not responsible for delays caused by weather, carrier scheduling, labor shortages, or other factors beyond our control.

ARRIVAL, INSPECTION & DAMAGE CLAIMS

Someone must be present at delivery to accept the shipment.

Before signing the carrier’s Proof of Delivery (POD), customers must:

  • Inspect packaging for visible damage
  • Count all boxes
  • Note any damage or shortages clearly on the POD

Minor cosmetic wear to packaging is normal and does not constitute damage.

Concealed damage or missing items must be reported within 48 hours of delivery with photos and order details sent to sales@gsdesigncenter.com.

Failure to report damages within this timeframe may void claims.

PICK-UP OPTIONS

Customers may pick up eligible in-stock items by appointment. Valid identification is required. GS Design Center is not responsible for vehicle damage during loading or transport. Customers must ensure proper vehicle capacity and securing methods.

RETURN POLICY

If an item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, GS Design Center will assist with resolution.

For non-defective returns or incorrect orders placed by the customer, a 20% restocking fee, $24.95 handling fee, plus shipping label fee applies.

All returns require prior authorization and an RMA number. Returns without authorization will not be accepted.

FREIGHT & GROUND RETURN FEES

Freight Deliveries

If a freight delivery is refused for any reason other than damage, defect, or incorrect shipment, the following apply:

  • 20% restocking fee
  • $149 freight refusal fee

Ground Shipments (UPS / FedEx)

Refused or returned packages are subject to:

  • 20% restocking fee
  • $24.95 handling fee
  • Outbound and return shipping charges

RETURN ELIGIBILITY & CANCELLATIONS

Returns and exchanges must be requested within 30 days of delivery.

Orders cannot be canceled or returned once shipped, staged, or entered production for custom or special-order items.

Orders canceled prior to shipment must be approved by GS Design Center.

NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS (FINAL SALE)

The following items are final sale and not eligible for return or exchange:

  • Custom or personalized items
  • Special-order products
  • Custom vanities, tiles, mosaics, and cut-to-size tops
  • Electrical Items.
  • Kitchen cabinets and countertops
  • Custom shower doors
  • Showroom samples
  • Promotional or discounted items
  • Samples

⚠️ ELECTRONICS & ELECTRICAL ITEMS – FINAL SALE (NO RETURNS)

ALL electronic and electrical items are NON-RETURNABLE and NON-REFUNDABLE, whether opened or unopened, once shipped.

Why Electronics & Electrical Items Cannot Be Returned

  1. Safety & Liability Concerns
    Electronic and electrical products can be compromised by improper handling, incorrect installation, voltage mismatch, moisture exposure, or power testing. Once an item leaves our control, its safety and integrity cannot be guaranteed.
  2. Tampering Cannot Be Verified
    Even unopened packaging does not ensure that an electronic item has not been powered on, installed, altered, or exposed to damaging conditions. For this reason, these items cannot be resold or re-stocked.
  3. Manufacturer Warranty Controls
    Electronic and electrical products are protected under manufacturer warranties, which require direct handling through the manufacturer for defects, troubleshooting, repair, or replacement. Accepting returns would violate manufacturer warranty and compliance requirements.
  4. Code Compliance & Certifications
    Many electronic items are UL-listed, ETL-certified, or otherwise code-regulated. Once removed from controlled distribution, these certifications cannot be re-validated.
  5. Industry-Standard Policy
    This policy aligns with manufacturer, distributor, and industry-wide standards for electronic and electrical products.

Examples of Non-Returnable Electronic & Electrical Items Include (but are not limited to):

  • Steam generators, controls, and steam room accessories
  • Sauna heaters, controls, lighting, and chromatherapy systems
  • Electric towel warmers
  • Smart toilets, electronic bidet seats, and washlet systems
  • LED lighting systems
  • Pumps, motors, blowers, heating units, warmup products, and control panels
  • Any product requiring electrical wiring, power connection, or voltage configuration
    No returns, exchanges, or refunds
    No exceptions for ordering errors or change of mind

If an item arrives damaged in transit or has a manufacturer-verified defect, GS Design Center will assist in initiating a freight claim or manufacturer warranty claim when applicable.

PRODUCT REPRESENTATION

Product images are for representation purposes only and may include manufacturer stock photography. Colors, finishes, and materials may vary due to screen differences. Customers are responsible for reviewing specifications prior to purchase.

ORDER PROCESSING & HANDLING

Order processing begins once payment is verified. Orders typically ship within 24–48 business hours, excluding weekends and holidays. Orders under $299 may incur a $15 handling fee.

EXPEDITED & SPECIAL ORDERS

Expedited shipping may be available upon request. Availability and delivery timelines will be confirmed prior to shipment. Special-order and custom items are final sale once production begins.

GS DESIGN CENTER RIGHTS

GS Design Center reserves the right to cancel or refuse any order due to pricing errors, suspected fraud, policy violations, or inventory discrepancies.
