What is the difference between the B0022-B/N, -C, -MB, -ORB, and -PG models?

All B0022 tubs share the same size, acrylic shell, and construction. The difference is the finish of the claw feet and the brass drain/overflow: Brushed Nickel, Chrome, Matte Black, Oil Rubbed Bronze, or Polished Gold.

Does this tub include a faucet?

No. The package includes the tub, feet, and matching drain/overflow kit. Freestanding or deck-mount tub fillers must be purchased separately.
