What is the difference between the B0059-BN, -CH, -MB, -ORB, and -BG models

All versions share the same size, capacity, and construction. The only difference is the finish on the drain and overflow: Brushed Nickel, Chrome, Matte Black, Oil Rubbed Bronze, or Brushed Gold. 

Can this tub be used with a deck-mount tub filler

Yes. The extra-wide rim is designed to accommodate a deck-mount tub filler, but the installer must measure and drill the faucet holes on-site. 

Does the tub include a faucet

No. The package includes the tub, matching drain and overflow, and the installation manual. A tub filler or faucet must be purchased separately. 

Is the bottom slippery
